Yacht Racing, Cap D'Agde - Sunday 20th November, 2008

Today, we had Yacht Racing in the Harbour and what a perfect day they had for it, clear blue skies and light winds. It was a magic sight as we watched them circling the starting line, before heading off.
We decided to poke our nose out of the Harbour today, but the seas were too big for a pleasant day’s sailing, due to last week’s high winds, so we took the opportunity to fuel up and then return to our berth. One of these days we will get a flat sea!
The last couple of days, we have spent painting by numbers!! on board which was hard work, but most enjoyable - much more difficult than I remember as a child. I have finished mine and it is proudly displayed in our bedroom. Jim’s is still at a work in progress stage and we will let you all see it once it is finished.
