We celebrated the life of the 'bard' tonight with our own wee Burns Supper, definitely no sign of any celebrations here in France!
We made a short video with me on the clarinet which hasn't been dusted off for nearly 4 years - and you can tell I haven't played for that length of time too - more squeaks than normal! - and James was amazing on the guitar, he is such a natural. Sorry, we couldn't get it to upload to the site.
Then we enjoyed our smoked salmon, haggis with a whisky cream sauce, neeps & tatties and some ice cream with Louis's delicious boozy cherries, with a wee dram to wash it down and some Jimmy Shand, Andy Stewart & Eddie Reader music.
