On Boxing Day, Louis appeared in the afternoon (after apparently partying until 3am!) with his cultivator and started churning up the earth at the side of the house, to re-plant new grass seed in the next few months. The grass there was in pretty poor condition and this was the best option for us.
We headed to Vitry en Charolais this afternoon to the leisure complex Bull'In for some 10 pin bowling, a few beers and some games of pool, before heading to Le Jardin Celeste, a buffet chinese restaurant, for dinner. The restaurant was recommended to us a while back and we have never had the opportunity to try it, and what a pleasant surprise it was, beautifully presented buffet, lovely waiters and staff, a first class restaurant. At 16.50€ per head, we'll definitely be back.
Yum Yum......
By the way, James won at 10 pin bowling, but we didn't have a wager on, I won 2 games to 1 at pool and pocketed the 10€ reward. Jim called me a Hustler......hmmmm... I can think of a better word!.......
