We left the marina at 9.45am this morning, heading off in our trusty Red van, after packing all our dirty washing and bedding into bags, emptying the fridge and making sure Ginger Grouse II was secure.
Jim dropped me off at 10.20 at Le Creusot TGV Station for the 10.42 train to Paris for a week back in Glasgow, and he headed back to La Brulerette to spend the rest of the day doing the holiday washing!
What a lovely holiday we had, one of the most relaxing I can remember, wonderful weather, perfect boating on a super little boat that didn't miss a beat, beautiful scenery......and now back to old claes and porridge again as my mother would say!
