Cote du Boeuf to Die For........Tuesday 23/10/12

We have just had the most wonderful Cote du Boeuf for dinner tonight, it was truly delicious, and so simple to cook. We did it basted with butter, garlic & thyme and then into the oven for 15 minutes only, then rest the meat for 10 mins. Fabulous, served with some pan fried garlic mushrooms. Next time, we will buy a smaller cut of meat! Good news for tomorrow's lunchtime sandwiches though.......
