James's Home-Made Tomato Soup - Yummy! - Thursday 2/8/12

James made his first batch of home-made tomato soup today. We have loads of tomatoes ripening in the garden at the moment, so what better to use them for, than some soup to keep James going when I am in Glasgow next week. We used carrots and onions from the garden too as ingredients, the only thing that we didn't have was celery, maybe next year we will grow this too. The soup is absolutely delicious as we had it for lunch today! Well done James, you are becoming a right wee Soup Dragon!
